dbndns software package provides Debian fork of djbdns, a collection of Domain Name System tools, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dbndns
dbndns is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dbndns package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dbndns *
You will get with dbndns package name, version, architecture and description in a table
